Our refrigeration and freezer units are used in a wide variety of applications. Anywhere where a control of temperature, humidity or atmosphere is required, for example food storage but also for drying, ripening, culture and heating rooms, rooms with controlled atmosphere, etc. Due to the hygienic finish, the cells are also often used as clean rooms in the pharmaceutical and related sectors. Panels can even be equipped with anti-intrusion devices or electric heating mats.
Modular
Our cells are modular. The internal dimensions, width, length and height are always a multiple of 300mm where width and length are unlimited.
The ceiling can be self-supporting or with suspension - IPE profiles. For larger widths, direct suspension from the structure above can be achieved. This range offers a maximum possibility of building combinations with partitions through the use of plastic corner profiles.
The sandwich panels, equipped with foamed-in eccentric drawstrings and tongue-and-groove connection, ensure a perfect seal, a thermal cold bridge-free finish and fast assembly without special tools. Our cells can therefore be easily dismantled and moved thanks to this meccano system.
The right choice
The extensive range of removable cold rooms offers the exact space to store your goods. The sandwich panels have maximum insulation thanks to environmentally friendly CFC and HCFC-free polyurethane foam. Our range offers you a wide choice of insulation thicknesses and k-values.
Both sides of the sandwich panels are standard in white lacquered steel sheet. On request these can also be supplied in stainless steel or with a high pressure resistant finish. The Modular cells can be supplied with a prefabricated antiskid floor on plastic ventilation profiles or without a floor. The top layer of the floor panels can be adjusted according to the load.
Doors and accessories
For Modular we have a full range of doors and windows. You have choices between:
- Swing and sliding doors for positive temperature
- Hinged and sliding doors with edge heating for negative temperature
- Glass doors with or without heated double glazing
- Insulated or plastic industrial doors
- Flip-flap sliding doors and strip curtains
- Fixed, sliding, hinged or top-hung windows with thermal double glazing
